Im considering this tonneau cover but I currently have the decked drawer system installed. Would there be enough clearance under the canister to fit?

The RetraxPRO XR Hard Tonneau Cover part # RTT-80373 which is a fit for a 2019 Ford F-150 will sit about 11"-12" down inside the truck bed. If the canister will not clear the tray, I recommend the BAK Revolver X4s Hard Tonneau Cover part # BAK39ZR as a very durable alternate.
