Question:

I have hooked up plug and play my 4 flat wiring on my 2019 Nissan Frontier. When I plugged it into my camper it will not allow the running/ park lights to illuminate, but ther turn signals do work. I did not have the relays in my kit that I got from the auto parts store. Are the absent relays the culprits? Guy at the auto parts store said they are not needed but something is not working.

This is a very common issue with newer Nissan vehicles like your 2019 Nissan Frontier. There is a missing relay needed to activate the trailer running light circuit. The running light relay can be installed or replaced with # C57000.

One likely place for the relay is behind the passenger side kick panel. There could be a harness with 3 relays attached to it. Or it can be behind the dash panel to the left of the steering wheel.
