I have a Yakima Hold Up that has similar situation, needing another pin to lock the rack. Currently when driving, if I hit a pothole, the single pin pops out and my entire rack s down.

The pin that you're wanting for your older version of the Yakima HoldUp bike rack is part # Y8880153. This will give you that second pin to help keep the trays in the folded position while you're heading down the road.
The Pull Pin # 8880530 you referenced is designed for the Yakima Tow and Four Timber bike racks and I'm not sure if it will fit your HoldUp like I know the pin mentioned above will.
