Hi Laicina; you can see if that rear arm # Y82FR you ordered works when it shows up but based on your picture I believe you need the Replacement Front Arm for Yakima HoldUp EVO or SingleSpeed Bike Carrier # 8880833. The orientation of your SingleSpeed fits with the front arm and front arm hook # Y25VV as seen in the attached picture.

It looks like you have the standard version, the Yakima HoldUp # Y02443. The replacement front arm # 8880833 is only for the HoldUp EVO # Y02479 bike rack. You are correct that in your case, you will need to replace the entire front wheel assembly # 8890280.
