Question:

I just purchased a 2020 Mazda CX-9 Grand Touring SUV and on the Mazda website they say the hands free feature is completely disabled when their hitch is installed. Is this also the case with your hitch for that model? Thank you

According to Draw-Tite, once the # 76020 hitch is installed it won't completely prevent the sensors from picking up movement. It'll block the sensors in the middle of the vehicle by the receiver tube, but the sensors on either side will still work as shown in the provided photo.

If you'll be towing with the hitch, you'll also need a trailer wiring harness like # 118278, a ball mount like # 2753 used in the rise position, a # PC3 hitch pin and # 19260 for a 1-7/8 or # 63845 for a 2 inch hitch ball.
