Is Yakima FrontLoader Wheel Mount Bike Carrier Compatible with Yakima Overhauler HD

I plan on buying the Yakima Overhaul HD truck bed rack system and need to know if the Yakima FrontLoader Wheel Mount Bike Carrier - Roof Mount will clam around the Overhaul HD cross bars. If not do you have a something that I can attach to the Overhaul HD system to mount my mountain bikes?
