Question:

Hello, I have a Retrax Pro XR Tonneau cover with T-Slot Rails on my 2021 Toyota Tacoma. Im wanting the Yakima 60inch HD Bedrock crossbars and I need to know what towers, landing pads and SL adapters I need that will work with these bars and my Retrax cover. I also want the SKS lock set. Part numbers and prices/links would be very helpful. Thank you so much for your time.

I have a Yakima crossbar setup that is compatible with the Retrax Pro XR Tonneau Cover on your 2021 Toyota Tacoma, however, the Yakima Bedrock is not compatible and the 60" crossbars would be too short anyways. I recommend going with the Rhino-Rack Vortex Crossbar System for Retrax XR Series and Mountain Top EVO-M Tonneau Covers - Black - 71" # RRVA180B-RRRLT600 which is a kit specifically designed to fit onto the Retrax XR rails so you can be assured it will work well.

The crossbars are aerodynamic which will reduce noise and vibration compared to other other crossbar styles. The bars have a T-slot channel on top which allows for easy installation/removal or various channel-mounted accessories. This kit also includes plastic locking endcaps, but they can be upgraded to metal locking endcaps with Rhino-Rack Locking Endcaps for Vortex Aero Crossbars - Metal Cores - Qty 4 # RRVA-LEC4.
