Does this adapter plate fit the old style demco 5th wheel rails?

The Demco Hijacker Premier Series Gooseneck Trailer Hitch for 5th Wheel Rails # DM5996 will only fit industry-standard base rails. Industry-standard rails have mounting holes that measure 22" center-to-center vertically and 20-1/2" and 29" center-to-center horizontally.
So while I'm not 100 percent certain what you are referring to by "old-style" rails, so long as they have the same measurements as what I listed (and added in accompanying diagram), the Demco hitch will fit.
