There is not a Flex Air pin box that is designed to replace a Lippert 1716, but there is a model that is extremely similar, the MORryde Cushioned 5th Wheel Pin Box for 14K to 18K Trailers w/ Lippert 1716 # MR97VR.
This is a cushioned pin box that has a large air spring which and a shock, as shown in the accompanying photo, which combine to optimize your comfort as you tow your fifth wheel trailer. This is a fantastic upgrade that is going to make your journey much more comfortable than with a standard pin box.
