Troubleshooting Power Issue on Power Gear Leveling System

Question:
how hard is it to replace a power gear mod 500457 for hyd jack,one fuse has no power supply to it for the right rear jack,could this be the problem

That could definitely be your issue. You will want to trace that power wire to see if it is a wire issue or if it is a control issue. Use circuit tester # PTW2992 to test for power going into and out of each component. If it is a wire short circuit, you can simply replace it, but if it is the control kit, there is a deeper issue with a simple solution.
The 500457 is now obsolete, but the Replacement Lippert Components Power Gear Manual Leveling Control Kit # LC359259 is the correct replacement. It replaces the wiring and control kit for your Power Gear Manual Leveling System.
