How Is Brake Controller Port Activated in 2003 Chevy Silverado 1500

Question:

My 2003 Chevy Silverado 1500, does not have all the necessary wires from the cab to the fuse box its missing the blue and red wires. What is the connector type used in the 3015-P?. Once Ive added/run the wires I would like to terminate them with the right type of pin so I can add it to the junction box under the dash where the 3015-P connects

It's actually easier to activate the brake controller wiring of your 2003 Chevy Silverado so that you can use the part # 3015-P that you referenced. There are just a couple connections you need to make under your hook and you'd be set. If you check out the attached help article you'll see the entire process walked through.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
