Is Hollywood Racks Trail Rider Bike Rack a Decent Bike Rack

Question:
Is the Hollywood trail rider platform bike rack a good bike rack. How will the Velcro straps hold up and the 2adapter is it made well. It seems like a decent bike carrier.

The Hollywood Rack Trail Rider part # HR200Z is an excellent bike rack and is one of my personal favorites. It's by far the best bike rack in it's price range as it's overall build quality is really high and it's by far the most stable in the hitch on the road compared to even more expensive bike racks. Because of this it's one of my favorite racks to recommend as I feel like it's the most bike rack you can get for you money.
I attached a review video for the rack as well as a test course video to show you how stable it is.
