Question:

I recently purchased a 2017 Keystone Cougar 29res, and it had a cracked display on the remote. The dealer replaced it for me with a new one,. I just tried to use it, and it doesnt operate anything on my rv. Im assuming it needs to be paired to the electronics. Could you possibly assist with that?

The Replacement Touchscreen Remote w/ Charger for Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric Leveling System part # LC358601 is only for use with the Ground Control 3.0 System. For a remote that works the other electronics the Replacement New-Style Linc Analog Remote part # LC292614 is what you are looking for.

I have 2020 Coachman Chapparel 360IBL with 3.0 self levying jacks. Will the remote LC292614 work the leveling gear? I am looking for a remote that will let you stand at the 5th wheel and make adjustments for up and down when hitching up. Lippert one control says 694654 22284 5w 6-pt gc 3.0 leveler type 3 assembly.

Yes, the Remote Control # LC292614 can be used to adjust the leveling jacks on your Coachmen trailer.

I just got the 358601 replacement remote for my 2017 Cougar 359MBI. I am able to program 2 slides and the awning but not able to get the main slide programed. It was working with the previous remote before it died. The board has a sticker with 1-4 and the three match up but no luck with the 4th.
