Question:

Just picked up a 2012 keystone cougar 322QBS it’s missing this remote and I want to order but would like to make sure receiver is there as to program. So question is were do I find receiver. Thanks

The receiver for the remote will likely be near the control panel as it will hard wire to it. You will want to look for the unit which looks like the Replacement 5-Function Remote Receiver with Replaceable Fuses # LC305117. If it is not there, you will need to purchase it so the Replacement New-Style Linc Analog Remote # LC292614 will be compatible.

You may also be interested in the Replacement Touchscreen Remote w/ Charger for Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric Leveling System # LC358601 which doesn't have the analog buttons but will work without that alternate receiver.

I have a 2013 Keystone cougar 293SAB with the remote control, The remote will take the slides in but not back out. Do I need an new controller and if I do will the LC305117 work with my remote or will I also have to get the LC292614. Thanks,

@GaryS If the receiver on your 2013 Keystone Cougar has the same part number as the Replacement 5-Function Remote Receiver with Replaceable Fuses # LC305117 then you won't need the new remote as well. Are you talking about the slide outs or the legs on landing gear?

Landing gear went out last year and I bypassed them. this year all 3 slides and awning will not work. only work coming in. I've ordered the receiver just waiting for it to come in. I talked to a lady at Lippert and she told me I should be able to program my remote to the new receiver. Hope she is right. Thanks for getting back with me.
