Have been standing on my head trying to locate this and have every panel off the vehicle. Could you please send the video referenced in the 2015 Sequoia SR5 QandA attachment response to me as well Thanks.

The video being referenced on the question page you were looking at is for a 2008 Toyota Sequoia and I've linked it to this answer page for you to check out.

The video shows how to install the older Prodigy 90185 brake controller (which was replaced/upgraded by the P2 # 90885) and the wiring adapter # 3040-P.
