Do you have a picture of this rack on a Mercedes Sprinter van? With and without bikes?

There are two different Thule Elite Van XT 2 Bike Racks, part # TH302043 for Sprinters or part # TH302013 for ProMasters. I have attached an install photo below of the model for ProMasters with bikes attached. I checked with Thule for you but this is the only photo they provide of the rack installed.

Can the Thule Elite Van XT Bike Rack be installed (and useable) in a Promaster (Winnebago Travato 2021) that has the included factory rear ladder?

If you have a rear ladder on the ProMaster unfortunately the Thule Elite Van XT Carrier # TH302013 will not work. What you could do instead is actually use a bike rack like the Surco # SP501BR that's designed to mount directly to that ladder.
