The hitch looks to be well built as I expected from previous purchases. I take possession of the vehicle in 2 days but can't install till mid week due to weather
I've used this hitch twice and it's a perfect fit with the correct accessories. I'd definitely use again and recommend for future hitch needs.
Works great. Use it on my small cargo van to haul my 100 lb bike.
Everything fitted great. Very easy to install. I wish the reciver opening came in a 1 7/8.
Great fit and finish, did find one location that hindered the install momentarily. On the back of my van there was an unused ground stud that was keeping the hitch from laying flat on the frame. I just marked where it was and drilled a small hole in the hitch. It may be a specific year thing but after that the hitch install went super easy
First ordered the same item through Amazon but they package the wrong one, so I decided to order directly through the page here and the correct one came. Fits perfectly for my ProMaster City 2020 thanks a lot. Easy to install with the help of their YouTube video

Easy pay installation, quality product.
I ordered a hitch off another site I got it 3 days later went to put it on and it wasn't even for my vehicle I sent it back ordered one for you all Tuesday at noon and it arrived Wednesday afternoon and was a perfect fit thank you for giving such good customer service
Its a trailer hitch, it works. I put a bike rack in it. That works, too. What else can one say?
After watching the video my installation skills kicked in. It was extremely easy to install my hitch receiver. This saved me a lot of money. Thank you for such a great product.

Holy awesome customer service! I made an oops and got the wrong hitch and I returned it and got my hitch just a couple days later! It was my bad and the lovely customer service rep was on top of it! Would definatly recommend this buisness!
