Question:
I only saw one customer say they had to cut the bumper. I have a 2014 BMW 328I Wagon and really do not want to cutthe bumper.

The only instance of anything needing trimming I've encountered with the installation of the Curt # C11367 on a BMW 3-series is a few folks asking about trimming the heat shield.
Per the instructions, the heat shield is to be removed and left off. The hitch itself will act as the heat shield, and since the hitch is constructed of much heavier steel than the heat shield, removing it and leaving it off will cause zero issues.
Per Cut (and as we found when we installed it) no trimming of the fascia/bumper cover is necessary.
If you'll be using the hitch for light duty towing, you'll need a # 119250KIT wiring harness, a # C45521 ball mount, an # A-80 for a 1-7/8 or # A-82 for a 2 inch trailer ball and a # PC2 for a hitch pin.
I've linked to installation videos for the hitch and the trailer wiring.
