Expert Reply:
All of the Ride-Rite springs for a 2007 Ford F-150 have a 5,000 pound capacity and for this I would go heavy duty. The Level Command II kit, # F2219, comes with a heavy-duty compressor that is rated for 145 max psi.
The difference between the heavy-duty compressor and the standard duty is the amount of time it will take to inflate the springs. The heavy-duty compressor will take less time. The kit with the heavy-duty compressor is recommended for you truck. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you to view and a video.
