Question:

I have a 2011 rockwood signature ultralite 30foot 5th wheel trailer. Can I mount this cargo holder on the square tube bumper if I bolt a receiver hitch to the bumper with square ubolts? I dont intend to load it up with any more than 200lbs. Is the bumper enough for this? It looks pretty heavy duty, but maybe it isnt with the moment arm the cargo holder has.

It is very common to see the 23x59 Curt Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches part # C18151 mounted on the rear of motorhomes using the Curt RV Bumper 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver part # E-100 which is rated for a gross trailer weight of 3500 lbs. and 350 lbs.of tongue weight.

That said the carrier and hitch can both handle the weight of what you want to carry. As far as if the bumper can handle it you will need to check with your camper's manufaturer to ensure it can handle that weight.
