What is the difference between Hiden Hitch 87571 and 75679 for 2010 Lincoln MKT ? Thanks

Part 87571 and # 75679 are the same hitch. Hidden Hitch was a brand owned by the same company that has since dissolved, so the hitch labeled with the Draw-Tite sticker and number is now the part number for both. The brand name was the only difference so now they just all have the Draw-Tite sticker so if you have found a Hidden Hitch it is just old stock.
