Question:
How do they mount to the frame do you need to drill the frame

Expert Reply:
The TorkLift Custom Frame-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs part # TLC2217 do not require you to drill any holes. They are designed to use existing holes on the truck to attach to using the provided hardware. They do an excellent job securing the camper because unlike alot of system this is connected directly to the frame.
I would be happy to recommend the correct rear tie downs as well. Just provide me with the bed length, what type of hitch you have and if there are any steps under the bed.
I recommend using the TorkLift Locking FastGun Turnbuckles for Frame-Mounted Tie-Downs part # TLS9529-2-LK to complete the setup allowing to to very quickly secure the camper as well as lock it in place so it doesn't go anywhere.
