Dimensions of Roadmaster Spare Tire Carrier RM-195125

Question:

I am interested in the roadmaster 195125 and was wondering how high it is when folded down? I have a 2012 Toyota RAV4 with a curt trailer hitch that was purchased from etrailers. Can someone give me dimensions with the unit in the up and down position?

The Roadmaster Spare Tire Carrier # RM-195125 pivots to the side as opposed to folding down so the height when doing that would only be to the top of the bracket, which is 7-1/2 inches.

When it is in the upright position, the overall height will of course depend on your tire, but from the middle of the receiver to the top of the tire mount is 28-3/4 inches
