Yes you can! The Thule UpRide Roof Bike Rack part # TH599000 comes with both types of hardware. There is hardware for mounting it to the track in the aero type bars and clamps for mounting to the round, square and factory type crossbars like the Yakima Round Bars part # Y00410.
