If you have puddle lamps and turn signals integrated into the mirror housing then you will want to use the K-Source Snap & Zap Custom Towing Mirrors part # KS80710 which fit a 2019 Ram 1500 Classic and have the cutouts for these features whereas the CIPA Custom Towing Mirrors part # CM11400 do not.

If you are looking for a towing mirror for your 2018 Ram 2500 I recommend the CIPA Custom Towing Mirrors - Slip On - Driver Side and Passenger Side Item #CM11400. These are custom fit mirrors and do not restrict any functions of your factory mirror.
