We have a lot of different towing mirrors here at eTrailer, most of them are universal but for your 2019 Ram 1500 Classic we have some CIPA Custom Towing Mirrors # CM11400. These are a great fit and I've actually fit these mirrors on your specific year make and model truck! The # CM11401 is only the drivers side. I recommend getting both because why not! I like having the drivers side for obviously seeing a lot more of whatever I'm hauling but also to see the center line better. The passenger side is the same way but being able to see the side line of the road. I live down squirrely backroads and seeing both lines are a must for me.
