2011 forest rive cruise lite Should I take out rubber boot covering zerk to lube?

You will need direct access to the zerk fitting to fill the hub with grease. If there is a rubber cap in the way like # DC-RP, then you will have to take it off, fill the grease, and then replace the cap. I have included a link to our FAQ article on grease for you.
