Question:

I would like to purchase the slide on tow mirrors but for some reason fitment is not confirmed for my 2019 Chev Colorado Lt. Is there a chance there is anything new in the slide on towing mirrors?

We have really solid universal style tow mirrors that we've tested and used on similar Chevy Colorados as your 2019 model like with the part # KS3990 but we don't have any custom-fit slip-on style at this time. Most likely due the fact your truck isn't as popular as a tow vehicle as other trucks. But the # KS3990 does install easily, is dual angle, and is really stable so it would work well for you.
