Truxedo Lopro Shur Bond Replacement Velcro

Question:
Does the Velcro strip have the elongated slot cut in it for the pins that came with the original ? Does it need to be used with replacement ?

Yes the Replacement TruXedo Shur-Bond Velcro Brand Fastener for 6-1/2' Beds -1-5/16" Wide part # TX1115174 that you have looked at does have the elongated slots. When replacing it you will utilize these to get the strips in place and get your cover back snug and secure.
