can you tell me the height from ground to top of the C13382 Curt hitch? I have a trailer that has a 21inch coupler height I need to match.

In regards to the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13382 which is a fit for a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek, the distance from the ground to the top inside edge of the receiver tube opening is 15". Therefore, if the distance from the ground to the bottom of the trailer coupler (while level) is 21" then you need a ball mount with a 6" rise. The Curt Ball Mount for 2" Hitches part # C45100 will work for this but you also need a Pin/Clip part # C21500 and Hitch Ball part # 40038.
