I have purchased a travel trailer that has a 7 pin plug. I need the best wiring solution for the V60. I am planning on installing the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2, Item # 75916.

The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75916 is a confirmed fit for your 2015 Volvo V60 and will work great for you. For wiring there is not an aftermarket 7-way only to setup your V60 so the # 118265 will not work for example but there is another solution.
You can start with installing a 4 way Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56287 and use the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller part # ETBC7 to provide your 7-way too.
If the trailer is equipped with electric brakes and you want them to actuate, you'll need a brake controller. A brake controller is a fairly small investment that will go a long way to keep you safer when towing. The Curt Echo # C51180 is a great choice that is super easy to install and use. You can control your trailer brakes with an app through your smart phone without the need to permanently install components in your dash or on your trailer.
