The Edge CS2 programmer # EP85350 that fits your 2007 Dodge Ram with a 5.7 liter hemi has several tune levels. I attached a picture that I got from Edge that lists and details all of them. But it does have a towing and extreme tune like you mentioned.
We do have a dash pod that fits this programmer and your truck with the # EP38505.
