Question:
Considering a CTS3 Tuner for a 2011 Chev 2500HD truck. Will the tuner allow input of aftermarket enhancements, I.E. cold air intake, larger exhaust cat back?

Helpful Expert Reply:
Yes, the Edge CTS3 Programmer part # EP39YR that you referenced would fit and work well on your 2011 Chevy Silverado with a 6.0 liter V8. It also will work with the basic modifications you mentioned as well.
As long as you don't go beyond what you mentioned the Edge will work well. If you were to install full length headers or a different cam you would need to go to a custom tune.
