I have a solution for you, but the 8100TR model number was in a lot of the older Fan-tastic Create-A-Breeze vents, which have since been discontinued. You can use Replacement Fan Motor Assembly Kit for Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent Fans part # FVK8017-00 you were looking at, which is designed to replace the bow tie bracket, fan blades and motor.

The motor alone is not available but this is a great upgrade to the old motors since many customers have said this replacement is less squeaky compared to their old motor.
