Yes, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13126 is a confirmed fit for a 2020 Infiniti QX60 and it offers a bolt-on installation. Furthermore, the Curt hitch has a hidden design which means you only see the receiver tube so you don't have to look at a bulky cross tube at the rear of your vehicle. In regards to installation, this should only take around an hour or so and you don't really need any special tools either so you can do this at home by yourself.
If you will be towing then you might also what to consider a trailer wiring harness, the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness part # C56281 for a 4-way and part # C56357 for a 7-way are both plug-n-play options. If you need a 7-way then chances are you also need a brake controller and for this I recommend the Curt Echo Brake Controller part # C51180 because it doesn't require drilling into the dash and you don't have to spice into any wires.

I watched a video on the installation of one of these indicating that I had to cut a small square piece from the underside of the facia to install the tow hitch. I have one that I need to install on my 2020 QX 60. Does CURT provide that template online somewhere?

I have a 2019 QX60 LUXE going to install the CURT Class III hitch, does the 7 way wiring plug and play, i see on the site it says for factory installed tow package but obviously I do not have the hitch factory installed. I am wondering if the wiring is installed in my model so I can just plug and play as you show in the video.
