Question:

I’m missing the key off my easyfold xt hit mount but the cylinder doesn’t have any numbers or markings on it. Any idea what key I need?

In regards to the Thule EasyFold XT 2 E-Bike Platform Rack part # TH903202, the lock codes are no longer printed on the face of the core as they once were. Therefore, you will need to get new lock cores if you don't have your key number. In order to do this, you will need to have the lock cores unlocked and so long as they are you can obtain the Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders part # TH450400 and change them out with the included change key. If the cores are locked then you need to drill them out or call a locksmith to unlock them for you.
