The install process for the Curt Class III Receiver Hitch part # C13315 is actually pretty simple and you do not need to remove your bumper. The only part that you need to remove is the small plastic trim piece that is on the bottom side of your fascia. Once removed you will not be re-installing it. I have attached a video to this page showing how the hitch installs on a 2018 CX-5 for your reference. It will be the same process for your 2020 since they are the same generation.
For a bike rack you can't go wrong with the Kuat Transfer V2 # KU74FR. I like this bike rack because it secures your bikes without touching their frame so your high quality carbon fiber frame will stay in good condition. I have worked with this bike rack a lot and it is one of my favorites so I have also attached a video of me demonstrating the features and how to use the bike rack.
If you think you may ever tow with your 2020 Mazda CX-5 I would also pick up the wiring harness that fits your vehicle and the hitch with part # C56377.
