Should Post-Style Guide-Ons Be Installed on Inside or Outside of Pontoons

Question:
which is better for pontoon trailer guides? Posts on the inside or outside of the pontoons?

You will want to install the CE Smith Post-Style Guide-Ons # CE27670 on the inside of the pontoons (see attached image). This will be just as effective when trying to load up the boat so putting posts on the outside, which will also add to the trailer's overall width, just isn't necessary. Mounting them on the inside also allows for a cleaner appearance since they won't be visible once the boat is in place.
The CE Smith # CE27670 includes two guide-ons so it will be all that's needed for your trailer. I have attached a short video review that you can check out as well.
