Can I Use Silicone Lubrication Spray on RV Sewer Hoses Without Damaging the Hose and Seals?

My hands are not strong enough to easily screw sewer connectors together. Would silicone spray around the ends make it easier or destroy the plastic!

Using a silicone spray like the Roadmaster LubeMaster # RM-747 on your RhinoEXTREME RV Sewer Hose # CAM39861 will not damage the plastic or the seals, since it is non-corrosive. I can't say whether or not it will make a significant difference in the ease of connection but it definitely can't hurt.
