The best fifth wheel hitch for the 2020 GMC Sierra 3500 with long bed and OEM prep package is the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch for Chevy/GMC Towing Prep Package - Dual Jaw - 25,000 lbs part # BWRVK3715. The B&W Companion is one of the best fifth wheel hitches on the market because of it's 1" thick jaw that provides 360 degree contact with the king pin to eliminate chucking and rattling like you will experience with the other brands. The best thing about the B&W Companion is it breaks down into 2 pieces so you can replace the base in the future if you ever get a new truck. I have attached a video for your reference.
If you don't have 5th wheel wiring, I recommend the Bargman 5th Wheel/Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness w/ 7-Pole Plug part # 50-97-410 which will plug into the rear 7-way on the truck and extends to the bed to give you an additional plug to make hooking up the trailer convenient.
