I attached a picture that shows how the Timbren # TGMRTT35D that you referenced gets assembled. The spacer # TA25722-90P00 you referenced would go between the numbers 2 and 3 and you'd be set. See attached picture. You will need to provide a longer bolt though so that it can all fit together. The same portion of the Timbren fits into the bump stop cup on your 2019 Chevy Silverado 2500HD.

The bolt that comes with the # TGMRTT35D is an M10 bolt which has a diameter of 3/8 inch so you'd want the # A25723-90AH00 for a 1 inch spacer with the correct bushing diameter.
