Question:
Looking for best setup for my GMC 2500HD AT4 to help with hitch pin weight on 5th Wheel RV. From what I’m reading my truck is good for 2750. The 5th wheel I’m looking at is closer to 3000 pin weight. Would this part TGMRTT35D work or should I look at air bags instead?

Hey Tim! If GMC says your truck can only handle 2,750 lbs that is the limit. There is nothing that can be done to increase this. Suspension enhancement like the # TGMRTT35D is designed to add additional support but will not increase the carrying capacity or towing capacity of a truck.
Also, this is a severe service kit designed for constant loads like an in-bed camper. If you want a no maintenance option you're better off with the # TGMRCK25D. If you want something that is completely adjustable, and won't impact unloaded ride quality, air bags like the Firestone # F2613 are the way to go.
