I would like to purchase sumo springs for my 2012 e350 passenger van. I will be towing a 6000 pound trailer and want to avoid sag in the rear. Which sumo springs would be best?

The SumoSprings kit I recommend for your 2012 Ford E-350 passenger van towing a 6,000 lb trailer is the part # SSR-130-47 as it provides 1,500 lbs of additional suspension support which will be a solid amount of support without making the ride quality too harsh. The kit you mentioned actually is for versions of your van that were made into an RV though so it would not fit.

There is a higher rated kit part # SSR-130-54 but I would only recommend this for your if you were towing very near the towing capacity of the van plus having significant cargo weight in the rear of the van.
