We get questions like this all the time. Westin does offer replacement grill guard hardware, but the problem is not only is the hardware vehicle specific, but the grill guards are as well. So unless you know for certain that the grill guard you have came off a 10th generation (1997-2004 model year) F150, it's not going to fit even with the correct hardware. If I had the part number of the guard you have, I could confirm the fit but unfortunately, Westin doesn't typically put the part numbers on their grill guards.
I have heard of folks fabricating their own brackets, which would be your best bet short of going with a new guard like part # 45-0240.
