So there's a few options of hitches here for my 2020 Toyota Rav4 XSE Hybrid. What is the best one?

My recommendation for your 2020 Toyota RAV-4 XSE Hybrid is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13416. The Curt is the simplest of the options available to install and provides sufficient capacity for towing uses. The RAV-4 is limited on towing capacity depending on the package so the maximum capacity is not as important. Per the manual, without the towing package it's 1500 lb. (680 kg), while with the towing package it's 3500 lb. (1590 kg).

You can see from the attached installation pic that when installed the receiver tube is hidden. The 2" receiver provides access to a wide variety of accessories.
