Hi , Its great you have this part. I will get it and the washers and bolts. But what about the top part that is the other part of the clamp for the receiver unit and bike holder? In other words, the part that holds the bolts. Do you have that? Thank you I appreciate it. This references part # 753358402 for thule T2. Thank you
