Fantastic replacement for factory part, nonissues with fitment, maybe order the replacement screws too if yours are rusty or damaged.

Amazing replacement for a broken piece!
I have replaced this bracket 3 times due to breakage at the bottom bends. The material is too thin and fails due to road vibration and poor road condtion when loaded with a bicycle. In my opinion the cut-out opening between the bolt wings should be eliminated which would strengthen the bracket and provide more overall support.

The support given to get the correct replacement parts for an older bike rack was spot on! And the follow up a year later is definitely going beyond with customer service.

An old fashioned company that still provides customer service. Much better than trying to buy the part from the manufacturer, Thule, known for not caring about
customers.

Excellent! My original comments stand.
These are the exact OEM parts and exactly what I needed. Good news, as these are getting hard to find due to them being for an older Thule rack. eTrailer sent them out immediately after my order and the showed up at my door within the shipping estimates! Great service!
The replacement part worked perfectly. However, Thule needs to use hex head bolts instead of allen screws. They tend to strip easily. That's my only complaint.
We had an issue with our bike rack in transit to our campsite, but luckily only one piece was damaged. I located the part on etrailer, placed the order and within an hour was notified that it was prepped and ready to ship. It arrived quickly and I’ve already got it mounted and ready to travel to our next destination. Note: One pic shows the damaged part.

Excellent web page. All items had a picture of the parts, even the screws. Tracking was spot on! Delivery was also very punctual. It’s tough to good good customer service now days. After delivery, I was sent an email if everything was correct and a video for instructions, not necessary for me, but for some, might be a great idea.
