Question:

I have an error message say check wiring, called lippert advise to remove touch pad pull the connector off and connect it again , but I can not get the face plate off. I found the controller and detached connectors and replace with no change. the control panel flickers to light when I start engine but flickers right off. the coach had an emergency retraction when the parking break accidentally released and thats when the error message came . Hope you can help. this unit is located on a 2017 thor cheateau class c 31w. another question are there any fuses or breakers that be causing this and if so where might they be located. Thank you

Typically with the COMM ERROR check wiring for the Lippert Ground Control systems the issue is a wiring connection like you already checked or a bad module which can be replaced with part # LC304136. There are fuses on this module like what you can see in the picture.
