Lift Kit for 2014 Forest River Mini-Lite 1906 Travel Trailer with Single 3500-lb Axle

Question:

Hi, wondering if this kit will work on my 2014 forest river mini lite 1906 single axle 3500lb trailer? Looking to a lift kit so not to drag when off-road camping. Thanks!

If your Forest River Mini-Lite 1906 has a single torsion axle, you will be able to use the Axle Riser Kit- Single Square Torsion Axles # LC382741; however, if you have a Dexter Torflex #10 axle, you need the # K71-707-01. You'll want to check the axle spec sticker/plate to determine exactly what type of torsion axle you have on your trailer.

If it turns out you actually have a round axle, you'll want to use an Over-Under kit on your trailer, which provides lift by relocating the axle from over the leaf springs to under them. If you have a 2-3/8" diameter axle, you'll use the # K71-384-00; if you have a 3" axle you can use the Dexter # K71-385-00. These kits lift your trailer approximately the same amount as your axle's diameter plus the height of the leaf spring pack (please keep in mind this conversion kit is for use with double-eye springs only).

If you can provide me with which axle you have on your trailer, I can confirm which kit is going to be required for you.
