I recommend the Curt Class I Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C92UR for the 2019 Honda Civic Coupe as long as it doesn't have the center exhaust. This hitch has a nice concealed cross tube design so the only portion that is visible once installed is the receiver square. I have attached a video review for you.

For the bike rack I recommend Class I compatible Kuat Sherpa 2.0 2-Bike Platform Rack part # SH12G because it only weighs 32 lbs which leaves more weight capacity for the bikes themselves. This bike rack has a weight capacity of 40 lbs per bike. The Sherpa is a tilt-away rack that has an integrated foot pedal that allows one person to tilt the bike rack with their foot for convenience.
